New nurses are not finding employment easily, despite the nursing shortage in America. Healthline reports that hiring managers tend to want experienced nurses and nurses with bachelor’s degrees, rather than the recent nursing grads that are coming onto the scene. Many registered nurses are being overlooked due to having too little experience, as many hiring managers feel they would prefer to hire a nurse who can easily adapt to a stressful work environment.
